Tipwood doors and windows are manufactured from ecofriendly composites profiles and panels. The profiles are made from pultrusion process using agrofibre reinforcement with a synthetic resin adhesive. Similarly the panels are made from agrofibre and resin adhesive using compression moulding technology. This development, the first of it's kind in the world, is Tipco's patented technology.

Each door is fabricated, to size, using the pultruded profiles for the outer edges (styles),center bars of the door, and door frame. The compressed sheets are used as door paneling. The windows are fabricated in a similar process, using either compressed sheets or glass panes.

The panels in both, the doors and windows can be replaced with any kind of sheets of varying thickness and specification, as per customer requirements.

Tipwood doors and windows can be supplied in large volumes, with matching frames, hinges, wall fasteners and a single coat of primer (optional), from our factory, within days. Accessories like locks, handles, stoppers etc. can be factory fitted as per customer requirements.
