Over the past decade, Tipco has built up multi-product manufacturing capabilities in the area of Engineered Thermoplastics materials. In 1986 the company tied-up with Ferro/Eurostar, Europe for technology for Filled and Reinforced Thermoplastics Compounds & Masterbatches. The company is currently manufacturing Filled & Reinforced Compounds and Masterbatches based on Polypropylene, Polyethylene, Nylon 6, Styrenicsand EPDM.

With a total installed capacity of approx. 30,000 MTPA between two manufacturing sites, Valsad and Masat, Silvassa, the company has today emerged as a consistant supplier of quality products and services in all areas of plastics raw materials. Keeping in mind the emerging global standards of raw materials supply, the company has recently tied-up with the following Global Partners :

Prime Polymers Inc., Japan (PRM) a Joint Venture of Mitsui Chemicals and Idemitsu Kosan, are one of the leading Polypropylene compounds manufacturer in Japan. Tipco and PRM have a technical collaboration for the manufacture of PP compounds in India for Automotives.

Tipco now has capacity of 22,000 MTPA at the Masat, Silvassa with the state of the art Twin Screw Compounding Extruders from Germany. The new manufacturing plant is fully equipped with the latest in Material Handling Methods, Automatic Bagging Facilities and Gravimetric Feeding Systems to ensure high outputs and consistent quality product.
